Return & Refund Policy (Within 30 Days)
We accept return and refund requests within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
• Return requests must be submitted via email to eterna-group@outlook.com within the 30-day period.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, using the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy (Within 12 Hours)
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at eterna-group@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible. In such cases, you may proceed with a return following the policy above.
Exceptions
Return shipping costs are not covered by ETERNA GROUP SDN. BHD., unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
We do not accept returns for:
• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in original condition
• Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
